The First Years Collective, powered by IncludEd United, is a community for first- and second-year educators who want to connect with other new teachers, build their confidence, and develop strategies for a healthy and sustainable career in education.

Through the Collective, members will have opportunities to connect with educators from across schools and districts, participate in the IncludEd in Schools Conference (free access), attend cohort-only wellness and self-care workshops, access practical classroom resources, and build relationships with educators who are navigating many of the same experiences.

Whether you’re celebrating your first classroom win, figuring out classroom management, learning how to set boundaries, or simply looking for people who understand, there’s a place for you here.
